  • Enter the invitation number provided. This sixteen- digit invitation number can be found on the lower section of your receipt from your visit to the store.
  • Complete the survey by answering the questions about your visit to the express store or your experience at the company’s online handle, https://www.express.com/.
  • You will be given a validation code at the end of the survey which provides you a 15% discount on your next purchase at express.
  • The validation code can be availed at any of the express stores or the company’s website.

Reward

The reward for completion of the Express customer feedback survey is a 15% discount that can be redeemed at any Express stores in United States, Canada or at their company’s online handle at https://www.express.com/.

The discount can be redeemed on your next visit to the ‘Express‘ stores. It can be used only once.
